Integrated Marketing

How many different channels do you use in your marketing?

Do you attend trade shows? Do you do workshops or seminars?
Do you use direct mailers?
Are you trying to generate leads using the search engines and the internet social media?
Or, do you have sales and support teams making direct calls?

All of these will help in achieving the three basic objectives –
  1. How do I serve my current customers better?
  2. How can I get more business from my current customers?
  3. How do I get new customers?

However, the keys to success of the marketing program are how well all of your marketing tools are working together for you. How do you leverage the one for the effectiveness of others?

The internet provides unique opportunity to tie all of these marketing pieces together. Use web site as launch pad for initiating all different marketing initiatives. And then have people to do something on your web site – once you get in front of them using any marketing avenue. This will help you in building your prospect “eco system”, and will help you in achieving your Tipping Point.

Use analytics to measure effectiveness of different avenues. Google Analytics is a very comprehensive tool that can help you with a lot of insights. Call us today if you would like to learn more about it. Here is one very interesting blog from Google on analytics.

Also, think about all of your touch points with the target audience - business white papers, brochures, presentations …etc. How consistent is your message with all of these different communication avenues?
